Future technicienne en diététique, le cours en démarrage d'entreprise en restauration fut un très bon investissement. On apprends comment diminuer le risque de faillite en mettant en place des outils de contrôles budgétaires et des recettes standardisés. À travers le modèle de plan d'affaire, on apprends aussi a devenir rigoureuse et structurée. Ce que j'ai aimé le plus du cours, c'est la stimulation qui enclenche.
